What is Breath Integration?

Breath Integrative therapy is a therapeutic breathing technique known as breath  therapy or rebirthing. Breath integration sessions relax your body and mind often  bringing about profound states of relaxation. When you consciously breathe your mind  goes into a meditative state releasing layers of tension in the body

What to expect?

Sessions work with intentions, which are discussed at the beginning of a consultation.  Breath integration sessions are done lying down on a massage table. Breath is a tool to increase your awareness. Sessions define what you are truly feeling and what you are truly thinking about yourself & life. When you are breathing different thoughts & feelings will affects the speed of your breath. Often when we are holding onto feelings it can be hard to exhale & when you want to avoid something or there is a lot of tension in the body the person may not be able to inhale properly. Katie is able to read a lot from the type of breath responses intuitively tuning in and listening deeply to the body.

The entire session is gently and professionally guided while you are held in a space of nurturing, safety and love. Katie will help you focus through your breath while being guided by the power of your own intuition. The techniques will bring to the surface of your conscious minds specific thoughts beliefs, feelings and past experiences that are blocking you from reaching your potential. This unique simple process works with your own breath awareness helping to transform, release and heal from life experiences. Opening up a new pathway for more fulfilment & happiness.
